Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
As a thank you for your participation in our Member Satisfaction Survey 2024, you can choose to go into the draw at the completion of the survey for a chance to win a $500 gift card or one of five $100 gift cards!*
Simply complete the Member Satisfaction Survey conducted by Ipsos on behalf of see-u by HBF. On completion of the survey fill in the form with your Name, Member Number and Email address to go into the prize draw.
The survey closes 5pm AEST Monday, 14 October 2024. The prize draw will be conducted by Ipsos on behalf of and will take place on 18 November 2024 after survey fieldwork has closed. Successful candidates (winners) will be notified by email or phone by 5pm AEST 22 November 2024. All answers will remain confidential and will not be connected with your personal information. Your personal details will only be used to notify you if you are a winner. Total prize value is $1,000.
